Our History
Energy On launched in 2010 based on a radical but simple and transparent concept. To serve the owners of Embedded Networks through a different service model:
Fair Fee-For-Service
Clive Pearce, Founder and Managing Director of Energy On, understood the Embedded Network industry well and had been resolving issues and rehabilitating Embedded Networks for years. He identified the need to create a business that would meet the requirements of the true owners of Embedded Networks, the Owners Corporations and Body Corporates, by lifting the veil and showing how a well-managed, efficient network could benefit all parties. The vision was that Energy On would generate service fees through a fair fee-for-service model and remit the surplus from each Embedded Network back to the owner of the apartment buildings, office complexes, shopping centres, retirement villages, affordable housing, airports and industrial estates.

We are increasingly called on to assist with the ‘rehabilitation’ of Embedded Networks where the network has been badly designed and implemented or has failed to deliver a positive outcome. What we do
Energy On has been creating and managing Electrical Embedded Networks, Circulating (Bulk) Hot Water, Private Metering Solutions for cost recovery and Energy Efficiency consulting for over 10 years.
For Owners Corporations and Building Managers of existing sites, our embedded network solutions deliver ongoing surpluses that assist in common area and other maintenance costs. Importantly, our networks also deliver cost recovery opportunities in areas normally carried by the Owners Corporation or Body Corporate.
Simplicity
Our key focus is simplicity. We aim to provide the best service at a fair fee-for-service to ensure the owner of the private network achieves the best surplus outcomes. With the Owner in control, focus is also placed on ensuring that Occupiers, be they owners or tenants, receive market competitive rates in a highly competitive retail market.
Energy On provide the total service and makes it simple; from site evaluation and planning, through to network implementation, management, meter reading, invoicing and credit management of your Occupiers.
